The Occupational Therapist will conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine patient needs and subsequently develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders. Responsibilities also include developing home exercise programs, collaborating with medical providers, meeting visit quotas, and completing all required documentation accurately and on time.
Candidates must possess a current and active license to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas, coupled with an innovative spirit and a demonstrated history of reliability. Preferred qualifications include over three years of pediatric Occupational Therapy experience, especially in a home-health setting, or specialized certifications in areas like feeding therapy.
