The Occupational Therapist will conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine patient needs and subsequently develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders. Responsibilities also include developing home exercise programs and acting as a vital member of the patient's medical neighborhood through collaboration and care coordination.
Candidates must possess a current/active license to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas, coupled with an innovative spirit and a demonstrated history of reliability. Flexibility to adjust priorities based on business needs and proficiency with common workplace technology are also required.
