As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the role involves developing meaningful relationships with residents and staff while utilizing nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents. Nurses will focus on providing thoughtful, personal care in a calmer setting where staff truly get to know each patient.
Candidates must possess a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana and demonstrate proficiency in medication management skills. A strong passion for geriatric nursing, commitment to senior care excellence, and the ability to conduct thorough assessments and documentation are also required.
