The role involves providing supervised medical services, primarily focusing on acute and same-day patient care, in collaboration with a contracted physician. Essential duties include educating patients on their medical needs, communicating treatment progress to responsible parties, and referring patients to appropriate licensed providers when necessary.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant Program, possessing at least two years of related clinical experience. A current Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required, and all duties must adhere to established state and organizational policies.
