Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Performs all functions relating to the dispensing of medications, including the provision of information about dosing, side effects, and compatibilities for all patients ranging from neonates to geriatric.
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D degree. Must be licensed in the State of Louisiana. Obtain at least 15 ACPE approved education hours per year. Physical Demands: Must possess good physical health. Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time. Lifting at least 50 pounds is required. Must be able to work with a moderate level of noise. Physical Effort required: Constant (67%-100%) - hearing, seeing Frequently (34%-66%)- reaching, handling/feeling, talking Occasionally (1%-33%)- lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, stooping
