Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and hold current Montana CNA certification listed on the Montana Board of Nursing Nurse Aide Registry. A current American Heart Association BLS certificate is required, and the role demands critical thinking skills to work effectively with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.
