The role involves providing direct nursing care using medical-surgical nursing practice standards to enhance patient quality of life by systematically evaluating care effectiveness. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to develop and implement individualized care plans based on comprehensive patient assessments.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing or possess equivalent education for licensing, with a minimum of one year of registered nurse experience required. Applicants must hold a Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification and an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or a Compact State.
