The therapist will conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine patient needs and subsequently develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders. Responsibilities also include developing home exercise programs with caregivers and acting as a vital member of the patient's medical neighborhood by coordinating care between various providers.
Candidates must possess a current and active Occupational Therapy license in Texas, along with an innovative spirit and a demonstrated history of reliability. Flexibility to shift priorities is necessary, and the ability to use common workplace technology is required.
