The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and administers therapeutic procedures as prescribed by a referring physician, establishing individualized goals and regularly reassessing patient progress. Essential functions include conducting thorough evaluations, administering safe treatments, providing accurate documentation, and educating patients and families on recovery plans.
Candidates must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and have 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting. A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of employment and Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire are mandatory.

The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and administers therapeutic procedures in physical medicine and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician. This role establishes individualized physical therapy goals, provides treatments, and regularly reassesses patient progress, documenting all findings accurately.
Qualifications: Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required
Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, therapeutic techniques, and safety standards. Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations and develop effective treatment plans. Proficiency in using therapy equipment and technology for documentation and billing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and maximize productivity. Commitment to professional development and adherence to ethical and legal standards.
