Schedule & availability

This is a specific client assignment with consistent, recurring shifts. We are currently staffing a weekday crew and a weekend crew.

Shifts Needed

• Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM
• Saturday &
• Sunday: 8:00
• AM and 5:00 PM

Caregivers do not need to be available for all shifts, but availability for a large portion of the listed shifts is strongly preferred. This client requires multiple caregivers per shift, and we are actively building a reliable rotation.

Position overview

We are seeking confident, experienced, and emotionally resilient caregivers to support a client in Boulder who requires consistent hands‑on care and calm, professional redirection.

This role is best suited for someone who is

• Comfortable providing personal care
• Able to remain composed with challenging behaviors
• Interested in a higher‑paying, structured per‑visit assignment

While this posting is for a specific client, caregivers will have the option to work with additional clients.

• Key responsibilities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain calm, professional boundaries with an extremely verbally combative client
• Assist with personal care, including changing adult undergarments
• Learn and follow detailed care routines and care plans
• Assist with light housekeeping and basic meal preparation
• Communicate clearly with office staff regarding care needs or concerns

• Work environment
• Client’s home is located in Boulder
• This household has one cat; caregivers must be able to work comfortably in a home with a cat

Requirements

• Experience with or comfort learning hands‑on personal care, including changing adult undergarments (required)
• **Ability to professionally manage verbal aggression while remaining calm and respectful (required)
• TB test required
• Already completed preferred
• Willingness to complete is mandatory (testing provided at no cost)
• Flu shot required
• Availability for:
• Monday–Friday 4:00 PM shifts, and/or
• Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM and/or 5:00 PM shifts
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be at least 18 years of age
