The Physical Therapist will consult with patients, assess conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans to relieve pain, improve function, and promote healing through prescribed physical therapy treatments. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with the plan of care, monitoring patient response, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and completing thorough documentation.
Applicants must possess an active and valid Texas license in Physical Therapy and be in good standing with all regulatory agencies. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting is preferred, along with current knowledge of treatment practices.
