• Full time family medicine position with option for outpatient only or traditional inpatient and outpatient practice

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain
• Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
• Strong interest in primary care and continuity of care
