As a Certified Nurses Aide (CNA), you will provide fundamental care to patients and assist them with their daily activities. This role also involves closely monitoring patients for any changes and promptly reporting these observations to the nursing team.
Applicants must be certified as a CNA in the State of Indiana and possess a passion for serving others, along with the ability to work professionally within a dedicated team. Qualifications include meeting Indiana Department of Health standards for reading, writing, and simple mathematics, successfully completing Basic Aide Training, and passing a physical examination.

1. To conform to the basic qualifications set forth by the Indiana Department of Health(ie: be able to read, write, and perform simple mathematics such as addition and subtraction). 2. Successfully complete the Basic Aide Training Course. 3. To be able to satisfactorily pass the physical examination administered in behalf of gainful employment in the facility. EXPOSURE CATEGORY I: Tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.
