Salary
$19 - $24 / HOUR
Provide physical and personal care to hospice patients under RN supervision, including hygiene, feeding, and mobility assistance. Offer emotional support to patients and families while assisting primary caregivers with guidance and hands-on help.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid Illinois State Nursing Assistant Certificate. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and one year of CNA or home health experience are preferred.
