Licensed Practical Nurses will function as part of the home health team, completing assigned visits throughout St. Lawrence County as directed by Registered Nurse Case Managers. This role involves direct skilled nursing care within the home setting.
Candidates must be Licensed Practical Nurses capable of working within a home health team structure. Essential competencies include the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, maintain organization, communicate clearly, and demonstrate strong customer service skills.
