The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, directing, organizing, coordinating, and implementing all nursing care services for pre- or post-surgical patients according to accepted standards of care. The Hershey Outpatient Surgery Center (HOSC) is currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our amazing Perianesthesia Team.
We are looking for an experienced RN with ICU or recent PACU experience.
Current PA RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
Certification in specialty is preferred, but not required.
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, dayshift.
We provide a work-life balance that includes weekends, nights and holidays off.
No call.
HOSC is a multispecialty surgery center that includes orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, GYN, pain management, ENT, and plastics. Our patient population includes pediatric and adults throughout the lifespan. Our physicians and anesthesia providers are part of Penn State Health’s, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and possess at least one year of experience as an RN in a hospital Medical/Surgery or ICU unit, along with an active RN license in the state. Required certifications include BLS, and ACLS/PALS are preferred or must be included in the education plan.
