Candidates must possess an empathetic, positive attitude, great communication skills, and compassion for others, with preferred experience of 6+ months in caregiving. Applicants must be legally able to work in the US, pass criminal background checks, and have reliable transportation, including a valid driver's license and car insurance if applicable.
