The Primary Therapist is responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based clinical services to individuals receiving care at Charles River Recovery. This role includes conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions. The Primary Therapist works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patient progress, ensure continuity of care, and promote long-term recovery and mental wellness.
This position emphasizes person-centered, trauma-informed care, while utilizing evidence-based practices to motivate, engage, and empower clients in achieving their treatment goals.
