The Outpatient Therapist will deliver therapeutic services to patients across individual, group, and family formats to address mental health and emotional requirements. This role involves carrying a caseload, facilitating groups, and conducting individual therapy using evidence-based interventions as part of the multidisciplinary outpatient team.
A Master's degree from an accredited institution in social work, counseling psychology, psychology, or a related field is required. Candidates must possess California state licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD) or an Associate License, with direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting being preferred.
