The physician provides direct medical patient care, including interviewing, examining, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic healthcare issues according to established medical protocols. Responsibilities also include ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing treatments, and overseeing mid-level and nursing clinical staff.
Candidates must be qualified physicians (MD) practicing within Tennessee regulations, possessing a minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatrics preferred, along with active DEA and DPS certificates. Required abilities include critical thinking, active listening, and applying professional medical principles effectively.
