The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care within the scope of licensure for assigned patients according to established nursing standards and hospital policies. They perform specific nursing services designed to promote and maintain health, prevent illness and injury.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited program for licensed practical nurses and hold a current LPN license in the state of Louisiana. A minimum of one year’s prior experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
