The Physical Therapist will provide quality Home Care Physical Therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning, and administration of treatment to patients within a Delaware County territory. This includes performing detailed clinical assessments based on physician referral and developing a comprehensive plan-of-care to help patients regain physical mobility.
Candidates must be a graduate of a Physical Therapy program, holding at least a Bachelor's Degree, and possess a current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license and required BLS certification. A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience or clinical affiliation in Home Care is necessary, along with a valid driver's license and insured automobile.

1 year clinical experience or Clinical Affiliation in Home Care.
1. Graduate of a Physical Therapy program is required. 2. Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
