The Hospice CNA will work as part of the Hospice Team caring for patients and families in local Nursing Homes within the Capital Region. Responsibilities include providing assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and offering comfort and support to residents and their families.
NYS CNA Licensure and 1-2 years long term care experience preferred Previous hospice experience preferred but NOT required.
