Caregivers will support seniors in their daily activities, including assisting with personal care tasks like bathing and dressing, and helping with meal preparation and planning nutritious meals. Responsibilities also involve providing companionship, offering medication reminders, monitoring health, performing light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments.
Candidates must possess at least one year of professional or private experience working with the elderly or adults with disabilities, along with a compassionate and patient demeanor. A valid driver's license, an insured car, excellent communication skills, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.

Personal Care Assistance Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Provide incontinence care when needed Help clients maintain a safe and clean environment Companion Care Meal Preperation & Nutrition Household Suupport Transportation & Errands Safety & Observation Monitor changes in client condition and report concerns promptly Follow care plans and company procedures Maintain accurate documentation and communication Promote a safe environment and help prevent falls
