The Speech Pathologist will provide one-to-one, patient-centered speech therapy services in patients’ homes, collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, social workers, and home health aides. Responsibilities include utilizing advanced clinical technology and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must meet the educational and experience requirements for the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or be in the process of completing supervised experience required for Illinois certification. Applicants must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, technologically proficient, and comfortable working autonomously.
