The Physical Therapist Aide assists patients in preparation for, during, and after treatment sessions, helping them regain movement and manage pain under the supervision of licensed therapists. Essential functions include performing pre-determined treatment procedures, assembling and maintaining equipment, and ensuring treatment areas are clean and stocked.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate the ability to read and comprehend patient information effectively. Success in this role also requires the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

In addition, the ideal candidate will work under the direction and supervision of physical therapists and physical therapy assistants. Physical therapy aide will help patients who are recovering from injuries and illnesses regain movement and manage pain.
