The Qualified Medication Aide will make a difference by providing compassionate care to residents and acting as a positive teammate to fellow employees. Responsibilities include setting up, administering, and recording prescribed medications under licensed nurse supervision as allowed by state regulations.
Candidates must demonstrate the company's C.A.R.E. values and successfully complete a state-approved training program for medication administration. Essential requirements include current CPR Certification and active QMA Certification, along with completing an annual medication evaluation.
