The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will deliver care to adult and geriatric patients, working within a diverse team of clinical professionals. Key duties include preparing necessary documentation such as progress notes and discharge summaries.
Candidates must possess a valid State Occupational Therapy Assistant License and relevant credentials. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and/or Acute care settings is required for this role.
We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.
Provide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients. Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Establish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilities. Travel to nearby centers as needed.
