Key responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and providing companionship and emotional support. Caregivers must also monitor client health, support light housekeeping, prepare meals, and maintain accurate documentation following care plans.
Active CNA license in the state of Texas CPR/First Aid certification Clear background check Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks Strong communication skills, empathy, and patience Fluent in English Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to pick up additional shifts Previous caregiver experience (home health, hospice, or facility-based) preferred
