The Physical Therapy Assistant administers therapeutic techniques to improve function for individuals affected by various conditions, focusing on providing safe, effective, and evidence-based therapy services. Essential functions include implementing interventions related to posture, balance, strength, and pain management, while collaborating with the Physical Therapist on treatment effectiveness and patient progress.
Candidates must possess 0-1 years of experience in a physical therapy setting and hold the required PTA license and BCLS certification for the state of employment. Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities, excellent communication skills, and the physical stamina to assist patients are necessary.

This role focuses on providing safe, effective, and evidence-based therapy services to support patient recovery and independence.
Qualifications: 0-1 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required
Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, modalities, and interventions used in physical therapy. Ability to work collaboratively with a supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation and treatment planning. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to legal and regulatory standards. Physical stamina to assist patients with therapeutic activities and exercises. Licenses and Certifications PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant licensed in state of employment required BCLS - Basic Life Support required This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
