The PRN Physical Therapist will provide evidence-based, purposeful rehabilitation services within a supportive and experienced in-house team environment. This position offers flexible hours and scheduling for patient care delivery.
Candidates must possess an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist degree (BS, MS, or DPT) and hold a current Tennessee PT license. Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is considered a plus.
