The nurse will use excellent nursing skills to observe, interpret, and monitor the patient's condition, acting as the patient advocate and notifying appropriate personnel of any changes. Responsibilities also include discussing healthcare with patients, relaying concerns to the nursing team, performing IV therapy, and ensuring proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with laws.
Successful candidates must possess a current and unrestricted RN license and preferably have three years of experience as an RN, ideally including some home care experience, along with exceptional IV skills. Applicants must also have an appropriate nursing degree, current CPR certification, proof of US work eligibility, and must pass background checks and drug tests.
