The primary duties involve providing chairside assistance to pediatric dentists during various procedures, preparing treatment areas, and taking dental X-rays while adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities also include utilizing expanded functions permitted by Minnesota law, such as placing sealants and applying fluoride.
Candidates must be a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) motivated to work in pediatric dentistry and utilize their expanded functions. New graduates are welcome, suggesting that extensive prior experience is not strictly required for this role.
