The Occupational Therapist will provide high-quality therapy services including patient assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and evaluation. Key duties involve conducting thorough evaluations, developing customized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree from an approved Occupational Therapy school and hold a current Occupational Therapist (OT License). Required certifications include American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS), with Fire Safety required within 90 days of starting.
