• Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking Physical Therapists for full-time or part-time positions which will cover parts of our service areas in and around Route 28.
• We are also hiring Physical Therapists in Butler, Apollo, Parker and Monroeville allowing you to work close to your home.

• What You'll Do as Physical Therapist: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans that empower patients to reach their maximum potential.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure timely and thorough documentation.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options, rehabilitation techniques, and preventative measures.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a valid state license.
