The Hospice Registered Nurse will provide home-based care to patients with a prognosis of six months or less, focusing on enhancing their quality of life. This involves working within an interdisciplinary team to execute the care plan, performing assessments, monitoring symptoms, administering treatments, and educating families.
Candidates must possess an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan and have a minimum of one year of relevant experience as an RN. Preferred qualifications include community health and broad Medical-Surgical experience, along with reliable transportation.
