We serve a wide variety of patients with varying levels of acute, complex, and chronic disease management needs. • You need to: Be eligible for Oregon license as PA or NP. Have Federal and State DEA certification. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and caring attitude, possess excellent teamwork and communication skills and enjoy providing high quality care for your patients.
