The Licensed Practical Nurse is under the direction of the nurse manager or charge nurse; LPNs assist with the preparation of nursing care plans and act as a team leader in the implementation of care plans to provide the highest quality of care to residents within the assigned unit. The LPNs will comply with NYS and Federal Health and Safety regulations and practices. We provide competitive wages and shift differentials for evening and overnight shifts. To support staffing on the evening shift, the organization will offer an hourly $3.00 Evening Incentive to LPNs whose regular employment status is full time and whose master schedule is on the evening shift that includes working 10 full evening shifts (3 PM – 11:30 PM) per pay period and assigned to a specific unit.

Candidates must possess a valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in New York State and a valid in-person CPR/BLS with AED certificate. Priority consideration will be given to applicants with a minimum of six months of nursing experience, although new graduates are welcome to apply.
