The Emergency Medicine Physician will provide care to patients in a small independent critical access hospital. The role involves managing daily patient volumes and working flexible shifts.
Candidates must have emergency medicine experience and be board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine. Current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications are also required.
The hospital is a small independent critical access hospital. The position is ideally suited for a boarded FP/ER physician with ER experience. We have a current need for part time.
Daily volume runs 15-20 patients per day 12 and 24-hour shifts Flexible scheduling EMR system is Meditech. Dictation is Dragon A+ Malpractice Insurance paid. Independent Contractor status (1099) status
Alma is Georgia’s Blueberry Capital, hosting the Blueberry festival each June.

EM experience required.
