NeighborHealth is seeking a PACE Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to older adults with complex medical and functional needs enrolled in our nationally recognized Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
Physicians benefit from a predictable schedule, interdisciplinary team-based care, and the opportunity to deliver primary care services across PACE clinics, at home, assisted living, and nursing facilities.
$229,200 to $271,200 based on experience.
Physicians may also be eligible for federal and state loan repayment programs.
