The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) will implement the plan of care established by the Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) and the physician. The role requires upholding excellence in the quality of care provided to residents.
Candidates must have an associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and meet all certification and licensure requirements. An active state license is also required.
Per diem nurse practitioner/Physician assistant - Sleep medicine
SLEEP TECH (RPSGT)- Sleep Medicine- 4 nights/wk, 10 hr shifts
