The LVN Charge Nurse is responsible for ensuring quality care for residents by observing, assessing, documenting, and reporting changes in their condition. They also administer medications, oversee aides, and communicate with residents' points of contact regarding their status.
Candidates must have completed an LVN program and hold an active license in Texas. Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
