The Peer Specialist will work with participants to assess their strengths and needs, developing individualized service plans and supporting them in their recovery journey. They will also advocate for participants and ensure that all visits are documented in the electronic health record.
Candidates must be self-identified individuals who have received mental health services and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. They should also have completed certified peer specialist training and have experience navigating community resources.
