Candidates must have a current Occupational Therapist license in Florida and a minimum of 6 months of experience in a relevant healthcare setting. Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills are essential.

Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans. Therapeutic Interventions: Provide hands-on therapy to improve patients' daily living skills, mobility, and independence. Implement therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment training, and environmental modifications. Patient Education: Educate patients and families on strategies for managing and adapting to their conditions, maximizing their independence and quality of life.
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely.
Licensure: Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida.
Minimum of 6 months experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or rehab.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to providing quality care.
Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
