The role involves providing direct occupational therapy care, guiding patients through supervision of care and treatments, leading assessments, and developing personalized care plans to resolve patient concerns. Responsibilities also include building relationships with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery.
Candidates must possess current state-required licensure or certification along with CPR certification. A Master's Degree is preferred, though a Bachelor's Degree combined with sufficient experience in the field may be acceptable.
