Summary: St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Unit located within the Edgewood Hospital.

Shift/Hours: Full-Time – 40 hours/week, First Shift Position requires on call commitments outside of scheduled shifts.

The Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse is a health care professional that under the direction of a qualified Interventional Radiologist monitors/assist with procedures on adult patients requiring emergency, medical, therapeutic, diagnostic and invasive services that result in an accurate diagnosis and/or optimal treatment while maintaining maximum patient safety, high quality, efficient and personalized care to patients, families visitors, and other employees with respect for dignity of the individual and their physical, psychological, sociological , cultural and spiritual needs. Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.

Qualifications

Education, Credentials, Licenses: Licensed in the state where work will be performed If eligible, must have a Compact (multi-state) License in their primary state of residence. Specialized Knowledge: CPR certification, ACLS certification, ECG rhythm interpretations and knowledge of critical care medications. Competent to independently perform safe nursing skills and procedures Kind and Length of Experience: Successful completion of preceptorship and orientation to the facility and clinical area. Able to critically think and problem solve in routine and emergency situations. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Right Career. Right Here. Requirements

Candidates must be licensed in the state of work, holding a Compact License if eligible, and possess specialized knowledge including CPR, ACLS certification, ECG rhythm interpretation, and critical care medication familiarity. Successful completion of facility orientation and the ability to critically think in routine and emergency situations are also required.
