The Nursing Assistant will assist nurses with patients and treatments, including supporting daily personal activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Responsibilities also involve preparing and transporting patients, communicating concerns to nurses, and building relationships to aid in recovery.
Candidates should ideally possess a high school diploma or equivalent, although this is preferred, and must hold a current CPR certification. The role requires providing compassionate, personalized care and supporting patients through their rehabilitation goals.
