Candidates must possess an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapist degree (BS, MS, or OTD) and be NBCOT certified or eligible, along with holding a Tennessee OT license. A team-focused, positive attitude is required, and experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is considered a plus.
