The Advanced Practice Provider will utilize advanced clinical expertise to provide direct patient care, including conducting diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ordering studies, and prescribing medications and therapies. This role also involves guiding professional nursing staff and ensuring accurate, timely maintenance and documentation of patient health records.
Candidates must possess a current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license, be in good standing with Texas medical/nursing boards, and hold a BSN or MSN degree along with successful completion of an accredited program. Basic Life Support certification is required, though previous experience in Family Medicine is preferred.
