Occupational Therapist PD FC

• Under general supervision, provides direct patient care to children with physical disabilities and/or functional limitations in clinic, inpatient, outpatient and outreach programs.
• Provides occupational therapy evaluation, consultation and intervention services for assigned routine to complex pediatric patients, in accordance with the CT Children's patient care delivery model and program policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with children, families, other health care team members and community resources to implement and coordinate a continuous plan of care, and to educate patients and families in appropriate occupational therapy methods.
• Participates in assigned staff development and research activities.
• Reports to leadership in the occupational therapy department.
